Umpqua Valley Arts welcomes the opportunity to serve the community whenever possible, and our beautiful grounds and historic building can provide a space for numerous types of events for all occasions.

About the Available Facilities:
Gallery II
Gallery II is our larger more formal room, which usually hosts receptions, business meetings, birthday parties, weddings, and baby showers- just to name a few!
Up to 100 people can enjoy this room, which has beautiful views of Fir Grove Park out each window, and artwork gracing each wall.
A Gallery II rental includes round tables, rectangular tables and chairs (80) for your event, and restrooms are also available for use!
The kitchen that adjoins this wonderful space makes this a convenient and easy way to host your next occasion. UVA’s kitchen has the usual amenities including a gas range, oven, three sink washing stations, a large commercial refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, glassware, silverware, plates, and a few generic serving tools. The large counter space, fridge, and smooth access to Gallery II make it ideal for catered events.
Stage & Lawn
The stage and lawn area at the Arts Center grounds is a nice option for any outdoor event, large or small. This lovely area of Fir Grove Park is usually rented in conjunction with Gallery II and the Kitchen, making it perfect for large weddings or parties with indoor and outdoor elements.
Sole rental of this space is also an option, and does not include the inside facility or restrooms, but there is power available at the base of the stage.
Facility rentals for the stage and lawn area are available from 9 AM to 9:30 PM.
Studio East
Studio East is currently being remodeled, so some amenities may be temporary unavailable. Contact info@uvarts.com for more information.
Studio East is a bright, airy space perfect for small business meetings, hands-on work, children’s birthday parties, or classes. Rental of this room includes tables, chairs, white board, a sink, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, and easels upon request. Restrooms are also accessible. This space is comfortable for 10-25 people, depending on your event.
