The Summer Arts Festival Guide will be distributed and inserted into a News Review run of 13,000 AND be handed to Festival goers during the Summer Arts Festival. In addition, the Festival Guide will be distributed to various local venues in Roseburg and will be available as a digital copy on our website for one year.
