Wednesday, Sept 12 – Opening Day

10:00 – 10:30 AM Artist Orientation led by UVAA’s Gallery Director, Sandee McGee and Owner of Fisher’s Flowers and former Gallery Director, Jennifer Tarver, in UVAA’s Studio East
10:30 – 11:00 AM Artist Registration & Check-In in front of the Arts Center
(Bring your signed contract to turn in at check-in)
11:00 – 12:00 PM  Artist Brunch and live music!
12:00 – 1:00 PM Juror Talk with Jennifer Diehl! 
4:00 to Dusk Artists Sunset Paint Out – Suggested location: Special location TBA
(For painters working in low light, please be careful and bring a buddy!)
2:00 – 4:30 PM Kids Quick Draw:  At the Umpqua Valley Arts Association!           Learn More Here

Thursday, Sept 13 – Suggested Location: North Umpqua River

8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Hospitality Table Open at Colliding Rivers Park, Glide
Dawn – Dusk Artists paint out
(For painters working in low light, please be careful and bring a buddy!)

Friday, Sept 14 – Suggested Location: Winston House, James Orchard and Freed Estate Winery

8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Hospitality Table Open at Winston House
Dawn – 5:00 PM Artists paint out
5:30 PM Deadline to turn in framed artwork for jurying (at the Arts Center in Studio East)
6:00 PM No-host dinners at downtown eateries
6:00 PM – Dusk Swift watch with Audubon Society speaker
(Behind the Arts Center by the Clay Place)
7:00 PM Paint out artwork is juried by juror Jennifer Diehl and awards are decided

Saturday, Sept 15 – Demo, Reception, and Awards Ceremony

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Demonstration with Guest Juror Jennifer Diehl 
12:00 – 1:00 PM Time to rest or play
2:00 – 4:00 PM Umpqua Plein Air Opening Reception
(Free and open to the public)
3:15 PM Awards Ceremony
